The Player Market at spawn has served us well for the last 5 months but after much feedback we decided it was time for some changes so we've completely redesigned it as the Player Mall, the new building will be moved into place on the site of the old one this Sunday (1st September) to coincide with our 6 month anniversary.
Just like the old stalls the stores can be rented FREE for players of MEmber rank or above.
The basic rental rules are the same and there will still be free cake and unclaimed loot chests.
Instead of 21 player stalls the mall will contain 28 player shops.
Stores are much bigger than the old stalls (5x4x5), you could easily fit in 8 trade-o-mats if you wanted to, although the minimum is just 2 to give you more flexibility.
Stores can be heavily personalised, you can decorate the inside as you wish (covers are recommended for flooring and decorating walls etc) as long as the store is usable and not offensive to anyone.
You'll need to come up with a store name to go above the entrance, this can be whatever you want as long as it fits on 2 lines of a sign and again is not offensive etc.
If you already have a stall then please clear your items from your trade-o-mats before Sunday morning, you will also be entitled to first choice on a store so please message DiggyWig or DigginChickin if you would like to reserve one.
We'll be clearing out any empty / out of stock stalls over the next couple of days to speed up the move, any items still in the trade-o-mats will be put in your inventory or in a chest at your home if you don't have enough space. If we clear out your stall we will send you a message to let you know and offer you a reserved store in the new mall.
Can I still rent a stall?
No. Stalls are now being removed as they are emptied in preparation for the mall opening, the mall building will be in the same location that the market currently occupies.
How long will it take to switch from the Market to the Mall?
The switch should take about 20 minutes.
